At Collins & Brooks New York, we do our best to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, if you would like to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Return Conditions

Items may only be registered for return after they have been physically delivered to the customer.

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.

Trying on items is permitted, but worn items cannot be returned.

Ordering products in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them is not permitted.
Return Process

Request your return by emailing info@collinsandbrooks.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will receive the return address of our supplier warehouse (located overseas).

The item must be returned at your own expense, including any shipping fees, customs duties, or import charges.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with tracking information.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
