Founded in 1998 in the heart of New York City, Collins & Brooks was born from a shared dream between sisters-in-law Catherine Collins and Olivia Brooks. After becoming mothers, they found themselves searching for clothing that made women feel both beautiful and comfortable without compromising on elegance or quality. What started as a small boutique built on friendship and passion soon grew into a trusted destination for timeless American fashion.
